Description
Our onions are grown in the open field from February and are harvested by hand in June, when they are fully ripe. They are a very sweet variety with an unmistakable taste. Each onion is washed, peeled, sliced and dried in a completely natural way.
Ingredients: dried onions (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), wine vinegar, vincotto (100% Apulian grape must), sugar, salt, lemon juice.
