We obtain our organic extra virgin olive oil from the cold extraction of the Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Simona and Coratina varieties that come exclusively from certified organic farming for a product that is authentic in taste and respectful of the nature from which it originates.
Use: fresh salads, vegetable purees, rice and savoury soups, bean dishes, artichokes, asparagus, cooked vegetables, with white meats, bruschetta, salsa, mixed pulses, baked tomatoes, truffle sauce.
