Description
‘Essenza’ the Acetaia San Giacomo calls this noble, about 8-9 years old balsamic vinegar. Similar to the Condimento ‘San Giacomo’, the Essenza goes well with meat, vegetables and fish, as a complement to Risotti and pasta dishes. Very good with cheese, with fruit salads, with creamy desserts, for example a homemade panna cotta. Organic quality, without added colorings, sugar, thickener or wine vinegar.
