The Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Reggio Emilia Bollino Aragosta is characterized by a good acidity that, after 12 years, has now blunted the sharpest corners and well matched with fairly strong flavors, structured dishes and the tendency to be fat. Taste it on a slice of cotechino, as well as on grilled shrimp or, for dessert fetishists, on a creamy dessert, it allows you to reach the highest peaks of gastronomic pleasure. Sold, like all Traditional Balsamic Vinegar, in the official ampoule of the D.o.p. 100 ml call to “inverted tulip”. Useful advice:
- do not remove the cap by levering the neck of the bottle but unscrew it gently.
