Description

Our onions are grown outdoors from February and harvested by hand in June when they are fully ripe. It is a very sweet variety with an unmistakable taste. Each onion is washed, peeled, sliced and dried in a completely natural way.

Ingredients: dried onions (65%), extra virgin olive oil (30%), wine vinegar, vincotto (100% Apulian grape must), sugar, salt, lemon juice.
