Description

Ready-to-use, handmade fermented chilli sauce made from selected chillies, sea salt and 10% miso. Produced and packaged in Bolzano.

Fermentation & depth
At Condito Ferments, we attach great importance to quality, craftsmanship and authentic fermentation. Our chillies are traditionally fermented with 4 % salt and thus develop a natural, complex aroma. The addition of 10% miso creates additional umami depth, subtle spiciness and a harmonious balance between heat, acidity and salty complexity.

The sauce is free from artificial additives and preservatives and is made exclusively with natural ingredients.

Versatile
Ideal with meat, grilled vegetables, bowls, rice dishes, eggs or as a spicy base for sauces and marinades. The combination of fermented chilli and miso provides an elegant, non-aggressive spiciness with a long finish.

Can be kept in the fridge for approx. 3 weeks after opening.
