Salsa pronta all’uso, prodotta artigianalmente con ossa di bovini e vitelli dell’Alto Adige e verdure.

Ingredients: Water, bones (veal, beef approx. 60/40), red wine, carrots, celery, onions, tomatoes, triple concentrated tomato puree, salt, pepper, bay leaf, thyme, marjoram, parsley, garlic, xanthan gum.
