This light, fruity oil is made from olive varieties such as Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara. With this harmonious blend, Frantoio D’Orazio creates an oil with an unmistakably light, fruity taste, refined with notes of leaves and herbs.

Aroma: Slightly fruity, accompanied by herbal notes of freshly cut grass, oregano and fresh almonds.
