The D’Aragona – virgin olive oil 750 ml

Description

A perfect blend of the local olive varieties Olivastro, Cima di Mola, Leccino, Coratina, Cima di Melfi, Picholine, Simona and Nociara. The result is Frantoio D’Orazio’s extra virgin olive oil with a slightly fruity taste that is complemented by notes of leaves and grass.

Use: boiled potatoes, mozzarella, rice soups, pinzimonio, white meat, sauces, fennel velouté, risotto, jam tarts, steamed and marinated fish
