Our Black Garlic Paste is the perfect combination of intensity, depth and mild sweetness. Fermentation transforms fresh garlic into a creamy, black paste with an unmistakable umami aroma and a fine, balsamic note – without the typical pungency of raw garlic. With its velvety consistency, our Black Garlic Paste is particularly easy to use and adds exceptional depth to any dish, also suitable as a spread or dip.

Use: for marinades, dressings, to intensify soups, sauces, meat dishes, fish dishes, risottos, pasta etc.
