Our fresh kimchi is vibrant and crunchy – perfect for enjoying straight away as a side dish. Fresh Chinese cabbage, spicy chilli, spring onions and selected spices combine through natural fermentation to create a subtly sour, spicy taste with a delicate umami note. Ideal as a topping for bowls, with rice dishes or simply on its own – full of valuable probiotics and vitamins.
Store in the refrigerator after opening, will keep for years if stored correctly
